Construction Permit Update

According to Radio-Locator.com, WFXM-107.1 Gordon, has applied to move its tower closer to Macon, upping its ERP to 3,000 watts, while reducing its tower height to 469 feet from 542 feet. Meanwhile, in east Georgia, WXKT-100.1 plans to change its city of license from Washington to Watkinsville, and broadcast with 4,300 watts ERP, and a 289 foot tower covering the Athens market.

Does anybody know what's going on with these stations? Please feel free to comment.

What's the latest at 103.7 WPUP and their move to Arcade? I've waited for that move for a long time! I heard at one time they couldn't get a site for the tower at the original proposed site, but they have found one now and it's a good one with good coverage of Athens and Gainesville. Anyone have any news on their progress? I thought I heard somewhere the change of COL was approved and they are waiting on approval of the CP? That was months ago.<P ID="signature">______________
