Construction Permits - Latest updates??

1- Any updates on 100.5 WXRS Portal? I see their permit has expired according to radio-locator but was not sure if there was newer information on this.

2- Any info on the 99.3 signal out of Pembroke? Last I heard, the signal was silent in South Carolina. That will be a sweet spot for a 100k station. Will cover southeast Georgia great without a wasted signal to the open waters of the Atlantic while still covering Savannah. I note the station does not even show up on radio-locator but I'm sure the FCC website has some newer information.
