Contact info for Northwest Television?

Does anyone know how to contact Northwest Television? Any E-mails? I'm asking 'cause I remember the owner saying he had to "see what programming options there are" (or something like that) for a station (ID Galesburg) that I personally hope makes it on the air....And I happen to have some shows right here for DT Channel 53:

1. A Different World (previously seen on WBQD)
2. America's Funniest Home Videos (previously seen on WHBF)
3. Baywatch (reruns not recently picked up by any QC station)
4. DIC Kids Network (to be abandoned by both KGCW and WBQD)

Anyway, as for the contact info, it will be greatly appreciated....Thank you!
