280-9450, I'm assuming that is WLAP-FM (WMXL) Lexington. Speaking of Lexington, they didn't receive a choke exchange until about 1985.
 
(805) 541-1013 has been the request line for KSTT-FM Los Osos/Baywood Park (San Luis Obispo market) since its sign-on as KLZZ-FM in 1987. Back then, the station was located in the Central Coast Plaza Mall and had live DJs 24/7. Today, the studios are located in a nondescript office building and the line just rings and rings because the station is voice-tracked most of the day.
 
WZMX 93.7 in Hartford has been 674-9307 since they came on as a HOT AC Station known as MIX 93.7 back in 91. Today they are hip-hop. Not sure when they added 1-800-488-9307.

WMRQ 104.1 was 666-4444 from when they signed on in '94 until they went hip-hop in 03. Then they were 247-1041. Along with a toll-free number that included 247-1041. In '07 they went automated Classic Alternative WURH. In May '09 they were sold and once again is Radio 104.1 WMRQ now has 657-1041.

WRCH 100.5 in Hartford has been 678-1005 for a long time. Also 1-800-530-1005

WKSS 95.7 in Hartford has been 247-9570 for-ever.

At one time WXCT AM 990 was 621-1990 but now they have 621-1750. 1750 they gave out as the studio number. 1754 they gave out as the office number. At one time they also has a 628 number and a 276 number.

WLAT 910 when they were WNEZ with studios in Farmington had a 674 number. Then when they moved to Hartford they got 524-1910. Now they're 1-866-910-MEGA. I thing their local number now is 549-MEGA or 548-MEGA.
 
Trying to remember how many request line numbers CKLW had. One of them kept changing but 298-8822 (I think that was Detroit) stayed constant.
 
96.3 in Detroit has used its 298-9630 number (area code 313) for as long as I can remember, all the way back to the '80s when they were CHR Power 96 and through various format changes/alterations (to Rhythmic, to Alternative, to Modern AC, to Hot AC).
 
WDVE-FM 102.5 has forever had 333-WDVE (333-9383). At least back into the 70's.
For some reason the local phone company here lumped all of the radio station request
and call-in lines into a "333" exchange years ago. I suppose so that if it crashed it would
only affect other radio stations.

"258-6666 Windsor" was current in summer '72 and summer '73.
 
The hotline number is meaningless if the personality you want is not at the other end.
 
I'm thinking one of the CKLW Windsor request line numbers was 5555. Musta changed to 6666. Of course the 20-20 news tip lines: 254-CKLW in Windsor, 961-NEWS in Detroit (may have prefixes wrong)
