Continental 816 IBOC upgrade

Is anyone looking at the Continental 816 upgrade to IBOC kit? I just got the brochure today.....looks like a good idea.....at least, at first glance. Cost is aprox $90K(I think you can buy a NEW 816 R-3 for around $70K minus exciter!)
What do you guys see as the pros and cons?
