Any quick and dirty ways to extend the power out interval? I know there's a 5500 uf capacitor in there now.
 
Yeh, put a bigger cap. Call the factory and talk to them about this - there's a limit beyond which you >muight< get yourself into other problems. Also, the warmup timer can be reduced, so a 'cold' start is fairly quick. Talk to the Field Service guys, they have a weath of experience on those boxes.
