Controller for Audition 2.0

Looking for advice on a good controller for Adobe Audition 2.0 to take advantage of the new automation features.

Looking to spend a couple hundred dolllars (new tax season). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's setup for use with a Mackie Controller Universal..about 1000 dollars on Ebay, but it has the auto faders, and uses the bells and whistles well.

What's your impression of Audition 2.0 having used it? I have been considering the upgrade but I wasn't sure if it would add any benefits that I couldn't live without.
