Cool 101.5 in Springfield?

Anybody heard it? You can only hear it in Springfield.

Either a part 15 or a pirate. Here is the FCC search for TN:

There is no talking at all except for the "Cool 101.5" at the top of the hour. With the gap between songs I'd say it's a pirate using iTunes to play MP3s. The signal disappears before I get to the county line heading West and South.
