Cool 105.3 fined by the FCC

I posted this on the North Carolina board, but no response. Since their signal
carries into SC, I'll try here.

Cool 105.3FM. Cool Carolina Beach Music and Oldies WODR-FM got fined 10k earlier
this year apparently for something involving their public file. Anyone know what
this was about? Seems like a lot of money for a small radio station. It's owned
by the Padner group...anyone know who that is?

Seems that they had items missing from the public file involving a 3 year period. According to what it says in the NAL, the FCC considers the violation extensive.

So, this must explain the sudden apparent influx of Carolina entrants in contests around the country, although some can't remember which Carolina won the prize. It's all automated, you see, so there is no human activity there.
