cool 92&100 new frequency

so i was going through the dial see if anything good or exciting would come up, 94.7 i heard cool 92&100 on it but it faded in and out anyone know where this translator is at, maybe scranton because they dont have good coverang there?
 
Did you actually hear a Cool 92 & 100 ID on that frequency, or were you possibly getting WIYN from Deposit, NY? Maybe they're carrying the same satellite feed?

nope they said classic hits radio, oldies 100 i know doesn't say that
 
94.7 WIYN, Deposit, NY runs the ABCRadio Classic Hits format via a rebroadcast of 100.3, WDHI, Delhi, NY.
