Corolla replacement

I posted about this before and the thread may have been deleted.

I don't know if there is a more appropriate board, but since Loveline originates in Los Angeles this may be the best place to post.

When Adam Carolla takes over mornings out of KLSX, who will fill his shoes on Loveline at Kroq?

I think right now Dr. Drew is doing it alone, but I cannot see that as a permanent solution.

Anybody know?

Do you all think it will be another 'no-name' person like Carolla was in '96 or a famous person? All I know is that Dr. Drew needs a sidekick, man! Without a dynamic person like Carolla, it's sorta dry and boring.

I fear that if somebody does not come in there with good humor like Carolla, stations will be dropping it pretty fast...

I wish Adam Carolla the best of luck with his new gig. He makes for an excellent radio host.

Which new gig? The radio thing? Or the Late Night Thing? Or the home fixer upper show? He has lots of new gigs.

I could never listen to that Loveline show. Used to have to hear some of it because I would be in-studio during a shift change, would always turn it down because it gave me the heebie-jeebies. 13 year olds talking about STDs and Oral Sex is just disturbing when your an old guy like me. Carolla was funny on it, and Dr.Drew is kinda doing a community service...but ouch! Definatley not for me!

13 year olds talking about anal warts....yeesh! Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Turn it down! I dont wanna hear that! LOL Ewwww.

I heard a promo today noting that Rob Schneider was filling in as a guest host with Dr. Drew.

The same thought crossed my mind, and then I remembered that Trenton burned his bridges with Infinity (and Kevin Weatherly) so completely that it would take the Army Corps of Engineers to rebuild it.

Too bad, as it certainly would solve the problem nicely.<P ID="signature">______________
