Costello's Pitiful Response To Blair

This even made it to here in the Northeast, an excerpt of Costello's response to Blair's resignation. What an insult to Blair and what an undesirable person this Costello is. What planet is his brain living on? :

"When Bob was on vacation you voiced the tracks for his show along with those for your own show. This was an opportunity for you to be on during prime time, not just nights and weekends. I thought you would enjoy that, never thinking that you'd be expecting to be offered more money. No one has ever asked for more money to record additional voice tracks. Please understand that a position was created for you at WTIX as a favor to Bob. It was never our intention to add you to our already full on air staff. Bobby Reno was doing 3-12 Mon-Sun. When we agreed to add you to the on air staff, we were originally going to have you on one day a week, but then decided to give you two days, shortening Bobby to Mon-Fri. The talent budget was increased to bring you in, while Bobby's talent stayed the same for doing 5 days instead of 7. Then when Bobby needed to leave, you were given the shifts he was doing before we brought you on at the same rate Bobby was getting. I think you were treated fairly through out your short time here, but I too agree that it is best that you move on."

OMG! A 3pm-12midnight airshift. Only Costello! Yeah, we're doing you a favor by being on the air---pay? You mean you want to be paid??? WTF! What a greasy meatball. Reno was probably making about $100 a week for voicetracking 64 hours.

...and Bobby Reno driving from Slidell to do it for Costello's peanuts.
