Could anyone confirm these rumors?

On one of the other boards, it said that Dave Dameshek was gone from the zone. It also stated that Kerri Griffith is out at star 100.7. The person did not provide a link and I couldn't find any info on this.

I heard the same thing, and I do believe that it's true. Kerri is not on Star's site, Dameshek still is on the Zone's.

Kerri was still on the Star website a few hours ago. They must have just removed her. I wonder what's going on.

Has Dameshek moved to Pittsburgh?

Or is he still doing his show from LA?

I do believe Dameshek moved to Pittsburgh 2 weeks ago. I know it's part of radio, but that sucks to move your entire family from LA to Pittsburgh and then get the boot 2 weeks later.

Not that I know any different, but who says that he got the boot? Maybe he left a sinking ship.

Well, we still don't know if he's gone.

I, for one, hope not. I thought he had lots more energy and unique takes than most of the sports talkers in town.

I was just listening to the zone a little while ago and they are still promoting the Dameshek show. I do like his style as well.

Kerri is gone. Won't be official until Friday but Keith showed her the door today. The two of them had basically had enough of each other.

Last I heard about Shekky was that he gave notice. Only person who knows for sure is Shekky.

It will be interesting to see how much money CBS will spend for a new night talk host on the zone.

Shekky did give notice and they had his last show on Friday night. Going back to California, I guess the wifey didn't like Pittsburgh. Well whatever.

The site for Dave's show has the information:

http://www.sportscontraption.com

I have no idea who gets the time slot with Shekky gone. Maybe Sporting News Radio or that really creepy, dreadful thought of you know who coming back. Everyone knows who you know who is.

Everyone knows who you know who is.

Everyones favorite person, Kidd Chris? ;)

TODD, could you post the link for the other board here or email/message me the link to it. Thanks.

Dave Dameshek was not on the air Friday, July 7, the station was running some syndicated sporting program. What a shame, just had a baby, moved to Pittsburgh, show sounded like it was doing well. I don't know, you think he was canned or just quit because he wanted to be back in LA?

I'm not sure, but many are saying he left on his own terms. I just can't see someone moving their entire family to Pittsburgh and then 2 weeks later giving his notice. I was one that really enjoyed his show also.

In my opinion, this format is the worst format put together of any Pittsburgh radio stations ever.
