Could 'CKG be making a last minute offer for Brandy?

Come to think about it, maybe Johnny is getting cold feet on the Emmis deal. And maybe Infiniti realizes they have the ultimate bargaining chip (Right on BUZZ).

From the Trib article I gathered that Johnny thinks he made an unwise decision leaving Chicago, and now wants to make sure he makes the right one. Not that him going to the LOOP is a bad decision, but he fits in at WCKG with Steve. If they do put Johnny in the morning and Steve in the afternoon, they should dump all the other talk shows and go active/hard classic to take on 97.9.

P.S.

Why all the Johnny B. animosity on the board? His stale show is better than anything else on in the morning. Don't hate!

I don't like JB because his show is stale. I heard his show in LA, it was worst the Eric & Kathy. Oh yeah, I said it! Granted Eric & Kathy are very sucessful, but I can't take the cheesyness. Exactly. It's SUPPOSED to be a rock station. It is but on the whimpier side of it all. They're still pretty much a classic rock station to me. Not enough currents to balance. I'd hate to hear some crazy morning zoo jock type be all "with balls" as he intros "Dust In the Wind" by Kansas or something by Styx. JB just may work out just fine. I hope so. I can use an alternative to what's out there right now. We'll see soon enough.
