Could Country Music Be Returning to 98.3?

I was wondering, could Citadel SOON be splitting up the KWIN/KWNN simulcast?
If this happens, could Country Music be returning to the 98.3 frequency, leaving
Modesto without a true Rhythmic station......I HOPE NOT!!!!

I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. First off, Citadel already owns Country Giant, KAT COUNTRY 103 KATM. Why create another country music station when all it would do is siphon off some of the audience from KAT COUNTRY. I heard there was talk of creating a JACK like station (by the name of BOB) when the ratings were down, but somehow I think there won't be a change anytime soon for 98.3.

I think Hank is fishing for conversation. He asked a similarly not so thought out question on the SF board, about why Wild doesn't become Hip Hop to compete against KMEL. Problem is both stations are owned by CC, not to mention the challenges Hip Hop is having lately.
