Could HD Radio Multicasts be a great thing for Dance Radio?

With HD Radio now getting off the ground in Major cities and the likelyhood that more companies will begin offering multicasts(that means a 2nd or even a 3rd channel on the same frequency, but with different programming then the main broadcast) will one of those streams in your city include a dance channel? Given that HD Radio is in it's infancy, putting something that's already in place on the mainstream radio dial to try and sell units won't work. Would you go out and spend 300+ for a HD Radio just to hear the revival of Arrow 93 in LA on a 2nd sub channel? I didn't think so. But how about if Clear Channel put a pure dance station called the Groove on, say, 104.3 to tie that in with KBIG's Rhythmic leaning Hot AC sound? Now you're talking! And this could help dance which has been on the downside a lot lately.

It will be a LONG time away before any Dance gets on these. I really doubt their thinking of putting stuff like dance rather than the same ol crap instead. They probably think it would interfer with KBIG's number and/or it wouldn't be good enough to spend money on especially if HD radio sales keep at the rate its going.
