Could Kansas City support a Spanish FM?

With KKHK AM having decent ratings (even beating sister station KYYS), could KC support a Spanish language FM? My guess is that the ratings would be good,very good in demos like 18-34. But are the advertising dollars there? If markets like Omaha have a Spanish FM, maybe it's tme for KC. I predict it will happen sooner or latter.
