Could KWIN 97.7/98.3 get away with adding some Dance

Just wondering if anyone thinks this Suburban San Francisco station could get away with adding a Dance song or two. If im not mistaken, back in the day KWIN used to play some Dance.
 
Definitely not a suburban San Francisco station. You won't be able to pick it up anywhere in the Bay Area. It serves the Stockton, Modesto, and to some degree, the Merced markets.
 
Well, if your on the far east side of the bay you can hear it on a car radio, they are undergoing a construction permit to raise the tower height, which should provide better penetration into the east bay. :p It is however more of a Sacramento Rimshot than San Franciso. I forgot how close Sacramento was to Kwin. If they were a 50kw or 100kw station they wouldnt easily make it into the bay.
