Could NOLA's first DTV only station actually become NOLA's first spanish tv station?

Doing some digging, I've found that WHMM-DT (42 licensed to Hammond, but facilities will actually be in NOLA) has an application accepted for filing (and probable licensing within the next few months?) of the transfer of the license to a local company of 3 men calling themselves Mayavision Inc. in Kenner. http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/...xt=25&appn=100762574&formid=323&fac_num=14538

Mayavision's principals include one half of the owners (ERNESTO SCHWEIKERT) of KGLA (Radio Tropical 1540) who has stated on NPR of him trying to launch a spanish language TV station in the city http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4961254

So the possibility of having NOLA's first Spanish language TV station is truly becoming a reality.

Any info and comments would be welcome on this...
