Hi everyone. I went to the Oldies 98.9 website at http://www.oldies989atlanta.com/ and it no longer redirects to the main True Oldies Channel site at http://www.trueoldieschannel.com/. Instead, the Oldies 98.9 site comes up with the TOC logo on the normal left hand side of the screen, and the menu options are Country-related along with even the headlines stuff. I looked up at the title of the page in my tab in Google Chrome on my computer, and it's labeled 98.9 FM The Walk. Could Oldies 98.9 be planning to flip back to The Walk? I like The Walk Christian/Country hybrid format, but the rotation has too many songs in it that have to do with a relationship between a man and a woman. I like the Oldies & Classic Hits stuff on the TOC a whole lot better. As for The Walk, I guess the Sunday morning The Walk show on KICKS 101.5 may not be cutting it. So far so good, I'm listening to the Oldies 98.9 stream online as I type up this post, and everything is normal where that's concerned. It's still playing the TOC. For anyone who wants to either provide insight or just plain comment, you're welcome to do so below. That is all.

Could Oldies 98.9 Be Planning to Flip Back to The Walk?

Well, it turns out they stunted a few minutes ago. I didn't hear the stunting online. It must have been just on the radio. The good news is they're not stunting now. I pray this doesn't change. This would not make a good combined Thanksgiving & Christmas present.

How do you explain a song called "Walk Song Stunt" by an artist of the same name? It displayed it earlier and is still displaying it in the top left hand corner at http://www.oldies989atlanta.com/. I did a Google search earlier to see if an artist & song both by the name of Walk Song Stunt existed, and both the artist and song do not exist. It's obvious that they were stunting earlier.
LOL..it does say "Walk Song Stunt" as they song being played and on-air now displays 98.9 THE WALK.
