Could the ratings for PROFM be impacted by 63WPRO simulcast on 99.7?

Since about the only time WEAN is mentioned is the top of the hour ID,This leads me to believe that somebody with a ratings diary listening to WPRO on 99.7 may just mark down WPRO FM during times of listening. This of course would diminish ratings for WPRO and 99.7 and benefit PRO FM.
