Could WJAR parent turn to 11?

I thought they were doing better.With METV on 10.2 now I think that should be bringingDid you see on the National board on how METV is beating out first run shows like Live with Kelly and some Talk shows and Soaps.Incredible.
I'm also only speaking of WJAR but I do believe they put METV on most of thier stations.
