Nurse Jeff and I predict it will be sooner than later as Clear Channel today announced plans to take WRNO-FM New Orleans newstalk. They'll go up against legendary WWL and it's new FM which feature Rush & Coast To Coast paranoia. So KFYI-FM will be here long before The Men In Secret Underwear complete the purchase of 92.3 and it becomes KT'R-FM. Here's a tip from the Middle Eastern Men of the Media: move MIX to 104.7, sell the gangbanging intellectual property of KISS to whoever falls for the same scam at POWER 92, and KFYI-FM appears at 96.9FM. Right in the heavily traveled middle of KOOL, KYOT & KEZ. Okay...we've figured it all out. Time to catch Ron, Rick & Jen on FOX10 ::)

Barry sounds like a side show barker at a circus....sure he has the best ratings and McDonalds sells the most burgers...billions served is not quality....I miss Charles Goyette
 
It's quality if you're a CC shareholder. In New Orleans, just like in the Pittsburgh, the only good AM real estate is already performing well enough for CC to bring in news/talk.Besides, what need is there to run KFYI on AM AND FM? Why not just tell people it's moving?
