Country 103.5 HD-2

The terrestrial HD signal for 103.5 HD-2 has been down for over a week. Only the streaming works on the Clear Channel web-site. Anyone have any idea why this signal is down?
 
103.5 HD-2 was down for over a week, but its signal came back up midday yesterday.
