COUNTRY 89 in Welland launches

After an unusually long test period RB Communications officially launched CKYY 89.1 - COUNTRY 89 in Welland, Ontario today. A Country format has been absent from the Niagara Peninsula since 2005 when CKYY's sister station CIXL 91.7 in Welland flipped to Variety Hits (known as CHOW - SPIRIT 91.7 back then).
