Country 92.9 Close to West Memphis?

Hi, I'm from Southaven, Ms, and I was driving to Memphis yesterday morning and heard Country 92.9. They were coming in plainly and I thought they were local but their ad base was generally in Arkansas...Forest City, West Memphis, in those areas, and I couldn't find much about them on the interweb. Maybe I didn't look hard enough? I tried looking here and got a database error each time. Does anyone know anything about this station? Thanks!
