Country Battle In Charleston is Heating up

Full Week, adults 25 54

WEZL had it's best book since Fall of 2010. A 6.4 putting them in 3rd 25 -54 with a cume of 38.2 (6th in over all cume) TSL goes to 7:30 (2nd in cume)

WCKN shows more growth, 4.2 putting them in 7th from a 13 in fall. Cume goes from 5:30 in the fall (15th in the market) goes to 7:00 which puts them tied for 4th in TSL

WIWF--could the lights be fading

4.0 (10th in the fall) to 3.3 (13th in winter)
Cume was their only bright spot in full week, they go from 29.3 in the Fall to 34.9 in the winter
TSL they crapped the bed, going from 7;00 (10th in Fall) to 4:30 tied for 16th in the winter book

Will be fun to watch how this battle heats up, WEZL is programmed from Columbia, WCKN's PD, the one who put all of this into place for them let back in March and they are running pdless now. WCKN has shown nothing but growth under the pd that just left. Maybe they can keep the boat floating with the changes he put in. WIWF, to me seems like it's just weeks and days away from a new format. No PD, No morning show, Jessica and Ryan moved to the top 40 morning show and voice tracking Wolf Mid Days and afternoon. THen again it's Cumulus, who knows.

Again this will be fun battle to watch.
 
I figured Kickin was getting kicked out and The Box was moving back in. But Kickin 92.5 is sounding good noticed more newer country. So who knows its back and forth with Kickin and The Wolf. As for The Wolf they had something good with the morning show they had. Bad idea for moving them to WSSX.
 
Sounded like something was up with Kickin 92.5 as right after the last song dead air for about 5 mins. This happened right at 10am. After the dead air they play Darius Rudkers new hit with it being cut short to play the calls and id, this is now 10:11 am. Kickin must have had computer trouble as it almost seemed like a flip was taking place as it was 10am.
