Randy-Ben-Chuck Michael's is due in town for the Buffalo Broadcaster's HOF dinner. Apparently he hasn't forgotten old friends...
From Taylor on Radio-Info:
Randy Michaels’ Radioactive LLC sells the construction permit for WRAX in Walhalla, Michigan at 98.9 – just two months before it’s set to expire on November 15. Buyer Beaubark Communications (Alfred S. Kenyon III) files the expected request for additional time to build, which it should get. WRAX is currently authorized as a Class A in Walhalla, and has applied to change its city of license to Lake Isabella to the east, still as an A. Price is $210,000, and this would be Kenyon’s only property.
Might this be the same Al Kenyon who palled around with Randy-Ben-Chuck in the old days, and went on to be Jacor's VP of engineering? Or perhaps a scion of the family?
