Far fewer Asian language stations in DFW than in Houston, which has seven on AM.

That's a good listing of who's who in Asian radio, but 890 KTXV isn't in Frankston, it's licensed to Mabank with a transmitter site just south of lovely downtown Eustace. If that matters, of course.

There is money to be made in that community. Ever listen to a spot break on either of the fun-asia stations (700-104.9)? Obviously they know what they're doing.

Add to that three multi screen theaters (Richardson, Carrollton and Irving), a three room banquet hall at the Richardson building where the radio studios are and a Desi "yellow pages" which they publish MONTHLY. Yeah, I'd say they know what they are doing!
