CourtTV

CourtTV has 2 Houston over-the-air outlets: Channel 39.5 and 49.3. The audio on 49.3 is much better, plus the signal on 39.5 was recently on freeze frame for days. The programming features current national interest court proceedings and insightful legal discussions.
Current daytime case is "Eagle Scout Charged with Killing Father and Mother" from Wisconsin, but many ongoing cases are also reviewed.
The previous case involved female police officer Kim Potter who accidentally killed a suspect by using her gun instead of a Taser.
(A contributor to CourtTV pointed out that Taser is an acronym standing for "Thomas A. Swift's Electric Rifle" which was drawn from a century old science fiction novel.)
Last year, the George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery murder trials were covered extensively.
CourtTV Program Schedule (subtract one hour for Central Time) = Court TV Program Schedule

Court TV had been on 49.2, but has shifted to 49.3, replacing the duplicate feed of Grit, which remains on 67.3. Bounce, which had been on 11.2 for many years, is now on 49.2. Odd that Court is still on 39.5.

Meanwhile the duplicate feed of DABL that was on 57.2 has been replaced by a “this channel for lease” loop. DABL remains on 2.4.

Still color bars on 2.5.
