He is still the same. From what I've been hearing from some of my friends in the old neighborhood (I grew up a few blocks away from Ray), doctors aren't too hopeful that he will make a full recovery.

I live in the vicinity of 63rd & Austin.
Me and my brother had met Cowboy Ray a few times
over at Julie's Tavern on 63rd & Major.

The name confused me with Cowboy Troy.
