Its one of the many reasons I quit going to Dallas Stars games (save the lockout). Jeff on the jumbotron, along with stars ice wench Celina Ray(sic?), grate on my nerves. I have the center ice package on my cable and I watch mostly northern teams (Maple Leafs,Rangers,Red Wings,ect..), none of which have annoying "gags" like the stars.

Someone out there seems to think that we're ALL rednecks and white trash and brainless, and should be treated accordingly. Guess it's not much different than what affluent/white collar/educated Hispanics or blacks go through, being lumped in with their blue-collar counterparts just because it's easier that way and there's no market research expense involved. Just go with what you see on the street. That's close enough, right?

Not all of here live in trailers,drive el caminos or smoke menthols,maybe they need to realize not all of us sports fans have an IQ under 85 either.
