Did anyone else hear the 'F' word broadcast on Cowhead's 98 Rock show this morning? I could care less, but I expect someone to get really upset, or maybe not?

Nope, can't help you there. Don't normally listen to him. However, I can tell you that last week when they played "Down With the Sickness" by Disturbed, they played the version that didn't have the edits for "eh, s***" in the beginning of the song and for the line "you f***** get up, come on get down with the sickness". They'd been playing the edited version since BoobGate, so I was kinda suprised that the other version actually aired.

And the children..what about our impressionable children riding in thier car seats..oh..the thought of that coming out of the radio is just sickening.

That's it! I will ban his show until tomorrow morning. You have read correctly: I refuse to listen to his show until no earlier than 0600 tomorrow morning.

lol, I listen to Cowhead's morning show over at 98Rock before he came back on the air I actually stopped listening to morning radio. So what, he made a mistake I have heard a few words come over a few of the stations and it dont bother me. Because its a few words and its not everyday you get to hear "F***" on 98Rock!? lol.
But tomorrow morning i'll be listening to Bubba's interview on 97X. Thats going to be extremly interesting to hear even though "so many" people as Fisher said on his show was not going to listen. But i agree with Fisher, you can't pass this up for anything. Way to go Fisher, you have some grape fuirts down there! Give Bubba the best interview he has ever had and don't be soft with him either! :-D

I don't think Fisher even wantes to do the interview. The word is that he was forced to. And don't think that there was some major coup by scoring Bubba. Orlando has been wanting to put him on Wild and Infinity said no. Basically this was Bubba's last chance at being heard in Tampa.
I am no expert, but two things seem to be very obvious:
1- 97 X is desperate as hell right now. If they were smart they would have put Bubba on sometime in the last two years when 98 Rock was real vulnerable.
2- There are not enough Sirius subscribers in Tampa. If there were it would seem that Bubba could address the Tampa audience with his own show, rather than hijacking someone elses.
Bubba and I talked to each other as recently as two days ago. So before these threads start about how much we hate each other...it's not true. I hope he gets some closure today.

It didn't slip by anyone. We had a malfunction with the dump. It happened again today, but thank god no one needed to be dumped!
