Cox buys stations?

Has anyone heard the rumor of Cox buying all the Athens stations owned by Southern Broadcasting?
 
Yeah, it's mentioned in the Georgia board, plus I think Rodney Ho mentioned it in his blog as well. Cox says that'll give them a better presence along the I-85 corridor in NE GA going into SC.
 
There was also another thread about it on this board earlier in the week...plus an article on Radio and Records. I wouldn't call it a rumor.
