Cox Cable Changes

On 03/28 Cox Cable (at least in NW Glendale) moved WGN from channel 4 to channel 16 and also added MoviePlex on channel 66.

(Channel 4 has the usual notice posted about the change in channel. Last night I watch a portion of the WGN 9pm News and had a crawl with the information that WGN was moving to channel 16. Considering that I was watching it on channel 16 seems like this was not necessary.)

Try telling that to the people who answer the phone at Cox. They'll either have no idea
what you're talking about, or can't do anything about it. But they'll be sure to apologize
to you "for the trouble you're having with your cable signal." And will offer to send
someone out to you house in a day or two to try and fix it!
