Cox Cable Meriden area move Spanish Package Channels

Apparently COX Meriden (perhaps Enfield and Manchester too?) has moved the Spanish Package Channels. We have COX cable with the cable just hooked up to our HDTV's and coming in on Channel 112.10 is a list of all the Spanish Package Channels with their old channel positions and new channel positions listed on the screen.

I believe this is part of that "Paquete Latino" deal that Cox is rolling out on its cable systems... Many of the major MSO's have packages geared specifically toward that population. Supply and demand?
