COX Cable - What are they using to get their networks?

What is COX Cable using to get their networks? Right now on Channel 62 which is SNY is a blacked out screen with the words "Channel 20 SNYCTHD IS BLACKED OUT."

I know they were using equipment from Cablevision to pick up WPIX/11 last year which is why they were forced to drop WPIX because of the dispute between Tribune and Cablevision.

Is COX using equipment from Cablevision to pick up SNY also?

What is being blacked out is a rebroadcast of The Jets-Lions preseason NFL Game from last night.
