COX Cable - What's Wrong?

What's wrong with COX cable? They're having Digital Break Up on all their cable networks such as TBS, Lifetime, BET, QVC, HSN, WSS, Jewlery TV, MTV, Nickelodeon, FOX News, NESN, YES, Travel Channel, etc. Every so often they switch over to the "Loss Of Video Service" Slide. I've noticed the Digital Break Up last week too. The Digital Break Up obviously isn't happening on the local channels: WFSB, WVIT, WTIC, WEDH, WTNH, WCTX, WHPX, WTXX, WUVN, WGBY, WRDM, and WPIX.

Did you call Cox? What did they say was the problem?
