Cox digital issues?

While out and about up here in the Kingwood area, flipping through the radio dial it seems Cox is having problems or doing maintenance on the HD sub channels

KKBQ still nothing on the display, HD3 is on but silent

KTHT the digital signal will not lock in.. this has been going on for a few weeks now actually

KHPT - once the main channel would lock the audio went silent AND only the main channel is up, HD2 is off. What's up with that?

Anyone know what's going on?
 
Someone must've read the board because 93Q's display is back up. Since last check, around 3:30PM, everything else is the same
