Cox Expanding Facilities?

Just curious....Is Cox clearing the land next to their existing facility on Belfort Parkway to add their TV stations? They're "stuck" into a long-term lease on Belfort Parkway so it would make sense to add the new plant to what they already have.....right?

The other scenario is that Cox would move their radio stations to the existing CC building because the TV stations are already there, up and running (sorta!). CC sure doesn't need the square footage anymore.

Look for Cox radio to swap radio studio space with CC. Logical.

Any word if Cox has closed on 30-47 yet? Seems to be taking some time.....

The closing is still pending on both stations.
