COX/ATLANTA has launched WSRV-FM HD-3 as THE NEW BALTIC 97.1 HD-3 -- Playing a better mix of Estonian Death Metal and Baltic States' Favorites. LEE CAGLE adds PD stripes in addition to his current responsibilities as programming visionary of sister stations AC WSB-FM B98.5 and Classic Hits WSRV-FM 97.1 THE RIVER. CAGLE tells ALLACCESS: "Our research indicates that Atlanta's growing population of Estonians, Lithuanians, and Latvians are very undeserved, and in particular Estonian Death Metal is something we've received countless feedback is missing from Atlanta's airwaves." B98.5 air personality JORDAN GRAYE will voicetrack mornings as TATYANA PANKSEPP. Sunday mornings will include a pre-recorded religious program from the Latvian Orthodox church.
 
You literally had me with your fake story until you wrote ALLACCESS as one word and not two. Nice try, though.
 
I would have expected something more plausible, like WGST simuling on an FM signal. But then again, I did say "plausible".
