Let me help you fix Cox San Antonio.
This will make you profitable on the P&L

1. Stop paying L&H 15K bonuses every book
2. Drop your VP of sales and stick with 2 GSMs
3. Get rid of PDs who dont deliver
4. Stop paying sales reps with no billing a guaranteed 70k a year (i'm sure this pisses off the rest of the reps who dont get that)
5. Get rid off all staff (former gsm, lsms) that were rolled out of management and now are just reps
 
Ain't a day goes by that I don't miss radio, but it's so ugly now.
