I was wondering can COX Radio own radio stations in the same market where COX Cable provides cable service?

As Far as the major markets are concerned, the answer is no. I cannot promise there is no overlap at all....if there is any at all, it may be in CT. somewhere.

Well, they own, I believe, six radio stations in Tulsa and provide cable service. They didn't seem to have any trouble getting any of the transactions approved.
