CP issued for 107.1 to move closer

The FCC just issued a construction permit for WTSH Rockmart Rome to improve coverage in northwest metro Atlanta especially Cobb County. Is this going to be modified before being built or is this move the best 107.1 can do
?

The tower for 107.1 was originally in downtown Rockmart. It moved to the tower site in Kingston in the late 1980's when the power was increased from 3000 to 50,000 watts. The original tower in R'mart is still standing and, if memory serves me correctly, is about 460 feet above the ground. I wonder what strength of signal would cover north metro Atlanta using the old tower and the bigger wattage?

106.7 is also a second adjacent but i think the recent upgrade put 106.7 further away from 107.1. 107.3 Columbus is also a factor.

If those guys had a stronger Metro signal, who knows? I already have them in a preset.
