CPTV programming

Hi All.To me it looks like they are in trouble.low donations? No money from US Gov?.It seems like they are running the same programs over and over again.like Moody Blues concert,Roger Waters Pink Floyd show.I like them but probly other are getting tired of the same shows and go to WNET Channel 13 where is always fresh programming like I did.

I thought it was like that everywhere -- I haven't seen PBS lately, but it seems that every time pledge season comes up, both my local PBS stations in the Tampa Bay area, WEDU and WUSF, run the same stuff each and every time they start passing the hat, as I observed in the TV schedules.

Makes me glad I still get WGBY from Springfield on cable. Maybe CPTV sunk too much into all the UConn Women's Basketball broadcasts.

Why? Their a big deal in the state of Connecticut. CPTV gets money from ads also. Big Y etc. Sure you don't see many PBS stations doing this.
