CQ USA on 60's

My favorite program on XM 6 was replaced by a series of "winter replacements" late last year. CQ USA has been gone far past winter now...and while I fail to understand the need for CQ USA to go "on break", I'm starting to think the people who were so happy to take my money for a 3 year sub have lied to me and countless other listeners. They won't answer my xmails...if I had known CQ USA was just going to be there briefly, I doubt I would have went for 3 years...

Sirius answers all e-mails, Pat Clarke, And Terry Young of xm does not answer e-mails at all.

PHLASH Phelps answers every e-mail in detail, and is very nice

AT Sirius, Cousin Brucie, and Martha Quinn answers E-mails personally, and in detail,
and is very nice.

CQ USA WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE THERE WERE TO MANY PEOPLE CALLING, AND COULDN'T GET THROUGH, LISTENERS WERE GETTING TOO ANGRY.

Maybe I overstated my case, but when I heard CQ USA, that pretty well sold me. National radio with check-ins from all parts of the country taking live callers on Saturday Night...except for the national vs local aspect, this was a perfect replica of radio from my teen years. I've since given their 6 tunes via email a listen & while it does expose some great music, it has very little in common with the sound track I recall of weekend nights out in the car. If it was cancelled because people were upset that they couldn't get in (a very common thing back in the days of 40-60 share AM stations), it takes a pretty disconnected programmer to cancel the show (too much demand--let's nuke it) rather than expand it to 7 nights a week.
