I haven't noticed a mention of this ... Crawford on 9/2/08 was approved to the call sign on 990 in Rochester to WDCX and is carrying mostly the same programming as WDCX-FM in Buffalo. Local liners say "Life AM", consistent with "Life FM" in Buffalo.
This was addressed in other posts. WDCX-FM in Buffalo and WDCX-AM 990 in Rochester are both Crawford owned stations. Rochester has its own local programming on the air, but the management duties for both come from Buffalo. There might be some points in the day with simulcast, but certainly not 24-hours.
WDCX is expanding it's [sic] ministry into Rochester. Beginning in September, WDCX will launch "Life-AM," WDCX-AM in Rochester. Heard on AM 990, WDCX-AM will carry much of the same programming as WDCX-FM, Buffalo. NBL-with Neil Boron, The Dave Ramsey Show and many of the great teaching programs that WDCX is known for will be aired on WDCX-AM.
