<font color=3333ff>They should do all Chicago Hip Hop and R&B 24-7 if they do a HD2 on 92.3 and they should do The Groove on 106.3.

Or maybe do The Groove on 92.3 since in a few years the signal will be heard by many more and its the bigger signal.

Either way the Groove needs to return. And once they see that a Chicago urban format will get good response (for those who will be able to afford the radios) they might do it on regular 92.3
