Craziest docket

What is the craziest docket you've ever seen? I remember one in Michigan that would have changed frequencies of quite a few stations. For example, WKLA would have moved to 98.7, WHAK would have moved to 106.3, WCUZ would have upgraded dramatically and moved to 99.9, and a few new allocations would have been created. This didn't come to fruition. In fact, there are now separate stations on 98.7 and 106.3 in the same areas where WKLA and WHAK are respectively.

This one actually happened...and affected these cities :

Belle Meade, TN; Burkesville, KY;
Edinburgh, IN; Goodlettsville, Greensburg, and Henderson, TN;
Hodgenville, KY; Hope, IN; Horse Cave, KY; Lebanon, Lebanon Junction,
Lewisport, Louisville, Lyndon, KY; Manchester and Millersville, TN; New
Haven, Springfield and St. Matthews, KY; Tell City and Versailles, IN

Started in 1996:

new BOARDMAN, OR was the start of all this that initially also included Richland, WA. and Lewiston, ID.
But a counter proposal from Cherry Creek made Richland & Lewiston moot.
No idea what became of the Boardman allocation!

KZBQ POCATELLO, ID 93.7 to 93.9
Original Proposal was for 224C0 92.7. Now 246C1 93.1 then changed to 93.5. KZBQ now has moved from 93.7 to 93.9.

new ??? OWYHEE, NV ??? can't find this one either.

new KRJC ELKO, NV 95.3

KSKI-FM SUN VALLEY, ID 103.7 to 94.5 (no 301-FM has ever been filed)

KXML SALMON, ID 94.5 to FAIRFIELD, ID 99.9
After 2 moves (one City of License move) KXML ended up with a CP in Fairfield with transmitter site rim shot to Boise.

KTPZ HAZELTON, ID 94.3 to 96.7

KSRA-FM SALMON, ID 96.7 to 92.7

NEW McCALL, ID Modified: From original McCall allocation of 101.3 to 103.1. Then Community changed to Union, OR. still 103.1.

KMVX JEROME, ID 102.9 to 103.1 (no 301-FM has ever been filed)

KEZQ W. YELLOWSTONE, WY 92.9 to IONA, ID 93.1 now 93.5

KQFC BOISE, ID 97.9 to 102.7 back to 97.9 re-allocated to Boise and KQFC. CP done and licensed for "new" Boise allocation.

KPHD ELKO, NV 97.5 to MELBA, ID then 97.9 now 102.7 Original Proposal was for 249C 97.7 then minor change to 250C 97.9.
NEW CP issued for 102.7 38 kw. 102.7 now allocated to Melba.

KSAS-FM CALDWELL, ID 103.3 to 103.5

A currently active one that includes two stations moving frequencies:
New allocation for 102.7A licensed to Evart, MI
WMOM 102.7A Pentwater, MI moves to 96.3A (CP issued for this move)
Allocation for 96.3A Ludington, MI moves to 97.7A
WMLQ 97.7A Manistee, MI moves to 104.3A

Here's the full details for the one that never went through in 2001 (with some notes on what actually happened):
WAIR 100.7A Honor, MI moves to 100.7C3 (now WSRJ on 105.5C3) - the main goal
WSRQ 100.1A Bear Lake, MI moves to 99.9C1 Bellaire, MI (now WCUZ with an app to move to 100.7C3 Bear Lake)
WHAK 99.9C2 Rogers City, MI moves to 106.3C2 (new signon WYPV Onaway is now on 106.3C2)
WKLA 106.3A Ludington, MI moves to 98.7A (new signon WLDN Pentwater is now on 98.7A)
New allotment for 100.9A Manistique, MI
New allotment for 106.1A Bear Lake, MI
Move allotment for 98.9A Walhalla, MI to 106.5A (WRAX had a CP for 98.9A Walhalla and is now 98.9A Lake Isabella, but is silent [the move to Lake Isabella cleared the way for WLDN])

Anyone want to even try to figure out a bunch of interlocking dockets that involved Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada? I gave up long ago. I think at one point there was a single proposal to move over 12 signals but that got killed at the Commission.

Was that the one that was supposed to have shifted 97.9 Boise to 102.7, 103.3 to 103.5, and so on?

Ye big Utah mess resulted directly and indirectly in a bunch of Salt Lake rim shots even from Wyoming but did not "directly" involve the threatened KQFC channel move.

Didn't the SLC docket involve a bunch of outstate stations moving to Humpy (and a couple lucky ones moving to Farnsworth)?

I don't believe all of them were directly from the initial docket but think it spawned a wole bunch of "minor" dockets & applications.
