I've heard lots of crazy engineering stories...like one engineer lives with six cats and his house smells like cat piss...he's never been married. Live alone. That type of thing...to the crazy engineer that caused a tower to fall down....share we'd love to read them.

i heard one the other day a friend of mine from Texas called me with this story...

Okay, one of the laziest Engins I've heard about. It was 100 degrees a few weeks ago, and the A/C at the tower site was not working properly, the air staff called him several times about the site warming up...at one point it was 125. Never the less, the guy didn't want to be botherd with their calls so he shut off his phone. The site continued to heat up and finally the transmitter shut down, they were down about 6 hours. They finally got a hold of the engineer and he went out with the A/C folks and fixed the problem. But, this problem could have been avoided. never the less, nothing happened.
